The staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna, were excellent. The room was quiet, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated the convenient power points for charging our devices. The location was also great, with easy access to train and bus stations, and it was close to many restaurants and shops.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was beautiful with great views, cleanliness, and natural light. The spa bath was a highlight and the provided soaps were nice. The staff was amazing, helpful, and caring. The late checkout and thoughtful birthday surprise were a bonus. The surrounding restaurants were awesome.

The hotel's location was great, with attractions like a cinema, shopping center, and train station nearby, perfect for exploring the area. The only slight inconvenience was the hallway lighting that continued to pour into the room after I had turned off the lights to sleep, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.
